Top Academic Accreditations
In addition to quality learning we must maintain a high level of academic standards. The College of Business and Public Administration is accredited by AACSB International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) in 1926, as well as NASPAA (National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration), and ATMAE (The Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering).
Out of 12,000 institutions worldwide, there are only 660 institutions that are accredited by AACSB International for their business schools. UND ranks in the top 5% in the world! Currently, Dean Elbert has been appointed to serve on this prestigious accreditation board which speaks volumes for our university and leadership of the College of Business and Public Administration.
AACSB International
The College of Business and Public Administration is accredited by AACSB International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) which meets 21 AACSB educational standards. An endorsement of the College of Business and Public Administration means the college has highly qualified faculty, as well as demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement and keeping curriculm responsive to meet the needs of business.
There are only 660 institutions worldwide who have earned specialized AACSB accreditation for their business schools, and UND is one of only ten schools accredited in the upper-Midwest.
ATMAE
The College of Business and Public Administration is accredited by the Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE), which sets standards for academic program accreditation, personal certification and professional development for educators and industry professionals involved in integrating technology, leadership and design.
NASPAA
The College of Business and Public Administration is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration. The mission is to ensure excellence in education and training for public service and to promote the ideal of public service. The NASPAA Standards are the quality benchmark used by graduate public service programs around the world. NASPAA’s accreditation process is mission-based and driven by public service values.
