Responsible for maintaining records
of all activities, distributing meeting minutes to members, handling
official correspondence, picking up mail, and contacting members via
e-mail of upcoming events and meetings. |

Jenna Burtch V.P. of Public Relations Responsible for making signs and updating the Accounting Club bulletin board in the hallway monthly; informing instructors of upcoming events and asking them to make announcements in their classes. |
Alex Back V.P. of Programming Responsible for scheduling business and non-business meetings and activies, and obtaining facilities for activities; contacting individuals and firms to set up activities and invite them to Accounting Club functions. |
Patrick Nagel V.P. of Membership Responsible for recruiting new members and keeping a current up-to-date list of the Accounting Club members that have paid their dues for each semester. |
Jordan Hogberg Treasurer Responsible for keeping accurate records of finances and providing a treasurer's report at requested meetings; submitting financial records to the coordinator of Student Organizations. |
Alissa Haumersen BAP Representative Coordinates activities between Beta Alpha Psi and Accounting Club. |
Angela Thompson
Resposible for maintaining and updating the web site; Picking up camera and taking pictures at events. |
