Like many of you, I went to the Career Fair in October.  I went, however, to put some of our best recruiters on the spot.  What did they have to say about the interviewing process?  What qualities did they say are important for jobs in their companies?

  • Don't let them know your weaknesses
  • Practice behavioral questions with examples
