CoBPA Mentor Program: For Students
The Pancratz Mentor Program provides the opportunity for College of Business & Public Administration students in their sophomore year or above to connect with an experienced professional for advice and networking as they prepare to take their first career steps beyond graduation. Participating in the Pancratz Mentoring Program provides students with the opportunity to meet, network and learn from professionals who have made the transition into a fulfilling career.



Student Eligibility Requirements:
In order to participate in the Pancratz Mentor Program, students must:
- Be an enrolled student in the College of Business and Public Administration
- Have completed their freshman year
- Have met with Pancratz Center staff to discuss program and fill out Pre-Mentorship worksheet
- Meet with your mentor once each month in person, on the phone or via Skype
Notice to Pancratz Mentor Program Applicants:
The time between requesting and being paired with a mentor varies based on mentor availability and student needs.
