Username and Passwords:
- Explanation: You will need a CoBPA Username to access computers and technology Resources. If you are a Faculty/Staff Member, your username will be your first initial and last name. For students your username will be W and the last 7 digits of your Student ID Number (EMPL). Currently this username is the same as your CampusConnection Username, however they are not linked and will require a seperate password at Gamble/Starcher Halls.
- Account Setup: Before you can begin using your CoBPA Username you need to first acitvate your account. By activating your account you will be able to setup the password that will be used to access Gamble/Starcher Hall Resources. You can activate your CoBPA Account Here.
- Forgotten Password: If you forget your username/password after it has already been setup, then you can use the Kiosk on the 1st floor of Gamble Hall to reset your passwor or stop by the Tech Center or Dean's Office with your Student ID card in order to have your password reset.
O:\ Drive:
- Explanation: O:\ Drive or Online Drive is where Professors will place PowerPoint Slides, Syllabi, and other documents that they want you to have access to. You can access these files on or off campus.
- Access in Gamble/Starcher Hall: After you login to a CoBPA Computer using your CoBPA User account you can navigate to My Computer and you will see Drive Letter O:\. You will see all the courses that are currently assigned to you. Example ACCT200. Under each course number you will find your Professors Last Name. Inside this Folder you will find all of the course material they have provided.
- Access outside Gamble/Starcher Hall: You can access O:\ Drive files any where in the world where Internet Access is available. To access Class material online you will use CoBPA NetStorage. See NetStorage for more details.
P:\ Drive:
- Explanation: P:\ Drive or Personal Drive is where you can personally store files. This drive is secure, backed-up nightly, and is only available to you. Please make sure you save copies of your files here. Its a Safe & Easy way to backup your files, and you can also access them anywhere in the world with CoBPA NetStorage.
- Access in Gamble/Starcher Hall: After you login to a CoBPA Computer using your CoBPA User account you can navigate to My Computer and you will see Drive Letter P:\.
- Access outside Gamble/Starcher Hall: You can access P:\ Drive files any where in the world where Internet Access is available. To access Class material online you will use CoBPA NetStorage. See NetStorage for more details.
- Storage Limits: Storage Limits vary person to person. Students initially get 50MB of space.
NetStorage:
- Explaination: Allows access to P:\ Drive, O:\ Drive, S:\ Drive outside Gamble/Starcher Halls. Available where internet access is available.

Portal, aka MyCoBPA Portal:
- Explaination: CoBPA internal website. In portal has many funitions. You can change your password, upload assignments, reserve classrooms, check your print balance, and update card access just to name a few functions.

Printing in Gamble/Starcher Halls:
- Explaination: Every CoBPA user is allicated an allotment of paper. Printouts are tracked by pages.
- Students: Students paying the CoBPA Program Fee will recieve 750 pages of printing each semester. Pages are only deducted when a users swipes his/her student id card in the Print Release stations in the Six Main Labs. Secondary labs will automatically deduct printing as soon as the item is printed. Students not enrolled as a College of Business students and NOT paying the Program Fee will only recieve 100 pages of printing. This printing should only be used to print materials from specialized software in the building.
- $8 of Free Printing: All UND Students recieve $8 of free printing at the Union, Library, Med School, or Art Libary. These locations are using UniPrint and should not be confused with CoBPA Print Swipe Stations. $8 of free printing is made possible by Student Government Programing.
- Additional Prints: We do not accept money for additional printing. The allotment should be sufficient to complete course work.
Card Access: (Lanterman, Accounting, Marketing)
- Explaination: Card Access doors are located on certain rooms in Gamble Hall. Only Authorized Individuals will receive access to these areas.
- Students: Students taking courses in Lanterman, Accounting, and Marketing should automatically be granted access to these rooms. However, you need to update your card access in MyCoBPA Portal before your Student ID card open the door..
Missing Class Folders on O:\ Drive?
- At the beginning of the Semester Class Information is updated twice a week until the "Last Day to Add a Class."
- However, you can submit a helpdesk ticket or stop the Tech Center to get your classes updated.
