BRUCE BYARS

I joined the University of North Dakota in the Summer 1998 as a lecturer in the Management Department, promoted to Assistant Professor Temporary Summer of 2000 and present appointment in Accountancy and Management Fall 2003.

Presently, I teach three classes per year in Business Law and three classes per year in Management.  I am currently a practicing attorney as well as a fulltime assistant professor. 

I maintain my professional license to practice law and belong to the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the American Bar Association, the Academy of Legal Studies in Business, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
