MBA Core Courses
The Master of Business Administration Program consists of 32 hours (35 hours if you select a concentration) of course work, including a core of 24 credit hours, two credit hours of independent study, and six credit hours of courses in business or related fields (cognate electives) or nine hours for a concentration. The core course requirements are:

Mgmt 515 Advanced Managerial Theory 3 credits
FIN 501 Managerial Finance 3 credits
Acct 509 Accounting Information for Decision & Control 3 credits
Mrkt 510 Strategic Market Planning 3 credits
Econ 509 Macroeconomic Decision Making 3 credits
Mgmt 501 Quantitative Analysis for Management Decisions 3 credits
Isys 510 Information Systems 3 credits
Mgmt 585* Advanced Strategic Management 3 credits
Cognate Elective** Selected 300-, 400-, 500-level BPA courses 3 credits
Cognate Elective** Selected 300-, 400-, 500-level BPA courses 3 credits
Badm 997 Independent Study 2 credits
