About Us

The Bureau of Governmental Affairs, located at the University of North Dakota, is committed to public service and community development through research and publication. The primary mission of the Bureau is to be a resource center for students, faculty, community members and political leaders. The Bureau of Governmental Affairs conducts public opinion surveys, focus groups, workshops, leadership training and publishes both scholarly and applied research. In addition, the Bureau also publishes the Directory of Governmental Officials, Governing North Dakota and special reports on politics in North Dakota.
