be a SIFE team, each team needs a faculty advisor. If an advisor leads
their team to a regional competition they are recognized as a Sam
M. Walton Free Enterprise Fellow.

Craig Silvernagel
Biography:
Craig Silvernagel joined The University of North Dakota (UND) College
of Business and Public Administration as Director of Entrepreneurship
in July, 2003. Craig came to UND from the University of Minnesota-Crookston
(UMC) where he helped develop a new program emphasis in entrepreneurship
while serving as a marketing faculty member. For the seven years prior
to his time at UMC, Craig owned and operated Ad Monkeys, Inc., a Grand
Forks-based advertising agency he co-founded in 1994. The agency served
several regional and national firms including Altru Health System,
Arctic Cat, Christian Brothers Hockey, and Simplot Soilbuilders.
In addition to his own entrepreneurial ventures, Craig grew up in
a family business environment where his parents founded and ran “Duo
Plastics Inc.,” a custom plastic injection-molding manufacturer
in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Craig is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota,
and a UND graduate, receiving an MBA in 1995 and a BBA in Marketing
in 1992.
