The student managed investment portfolio has been funded with $600,000 from the UND Alumni Foundation. The funds are divided into two portfolios. The first portfolio, which is all equity, began with $100,000 in the fall of 2005. The second portfolio, which is both debt and equity, began in the spring of 2006. The College of Business and Public Administration, in association with the Alumni Foundation, is seeking charitable contributions to provide the additional funds necessary to achieve the goals of the Student Managed Investment Fund.
