Pancratz Career Development Center
Students - Be sure to check out our list of upcoming Career Events!
The Pancratz Career Development Center plays an instrumental role in students' success, not only to begin their business career, but to assist them throughout their professional life. In addition, a variety of professional outcomes will be met with an anticipated higher placement percentage prior to graduation, and increased student satisfaction by offering more direct access to career preparation and networking through the services provided.
Nationwide, the University of North Dakota College of Business & Public Administration will have a stronger identity in professional networking and career advisement. Our students will develop and strengthen skills to be recruited by national Fortune 500 companies.
Services offered through the Pancratz Career Development Center compliment existing services provided by UND Career Services. Moreover it will specifically offer business students a four-year experience where they are able to DISCOVER, PREPARE, MARKET, and ENHANCE their career and networking skills.
As we venture into this new initiative there will be a strong emphasis in the areas of:
- Career Development Programming
- Individual Advising on Career Development
- Internship & Co-op Placement
- Professional Mentorship Opportunities
- Peer & Alumni Connections
- Corporate Relations
- Business & Government Career & Internship Fair
