1. Make sure you are logged onto the network.
2. Double-click My Computer
3. Double-click (O:) Online on 'Hercules'
4. Double-click on the course you wish to access information for.
5. Double-click on the folder corresponding the the last name of your instructor.
6. Double-click on the file you want to view as read only.

How do I access and instructors "online" folder when I am not in Gamble or Starcher Hall?

1. Click NetStorage which is located under Web Tools on the CoBPA Homepage on the right-hand side.
2. Click Yes on the security alert.
3. Enter your network username (Campus Connection ID) and password when prompted.
4. Double-click DriveO@Online.
5. Double-click on the course you wish to access information for.
6. Double-click on the folder corresponding to the last name of your instructor.
7. Double-click on the file you want to view.
8. Click OPEN to view the file, or click SAVE to save the file to your hard drive/floppy.
