The Department of Technology
The undergraduate degree programs offered through the College of Business and Public Administration's Department of Technology are Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design Technology (BSGDT), and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (BSIT), which is accredited by ATMAE (Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering). Minors in Technology, including Electronic Technologies, Manufacturing Technologies, Technical Design, and Graphic Design Technology are an integral part of the department's offerings. A Master of Science degree in Technology is also available for graduate study.
Congratulations to Jennifer Johnson, who was recognized as one of Top 25 Women in Business by Prairie Business Magazine!
Jennifer Johnson, a graduate of the Department of Technology's Industrial Technology program who works in System Projects for Minnkota Power Cooperative, Inc., in Grand Forks, was recently recognized in Prairie Business Magazine's inaugural article about the top 25 women in business. Editor Kris Bevilll said, "We are thrilled to introduce you to the women who made our list and believe they set a strong example for the region's entire business community."

Congratulations to Brittany Shoberg, who received the Outstanding Sorority Chapter President Award!
Brittany Shoberg, a Graphic Design Technology major in the Department of Technology, was presented with the Outstanding Sorority Chapter President Award at the University of North Dakota's 2014 Annual Greek Awards event. There are eight sororities on campus with Brittany representing Alpha Chi Omega. One of Brittany's chapter sisters said about her: "You give faithfully, love consistently, and work tirelessly. This award is well deserved! In addition to your individual efforts, you led the chapter in achieving not one, but two chapter awards."
