- What is you're favorite part about your internship?: I absolutely love the people at AgCountry and getting to specialize in the farming industry. I also loved the wide variety of experience I got at Brady Martz and how I could work in many different industries doing their taxes and audits.
- Involvement on campus: Beta Alpha Psi Honor Society, the Pancratz Mentor Program, and Accounting Club events
- How has the Pancratz Center helped you thus far? (either during your time at UND or for this position): Talking with Kathy Lund and Brianna Black really helped me to feel more confident about my internships and major and discovering new opportunities. I also love the career closet and professional headshot services.
- Do you have any advice for other students who are searching and applying for internships? Talk to your professors and the Pancratz Center because they'll likely be willing to connect you with internship representatives or suggest opportunities. Also, take a chance and just apply for the internship or do more than one. You have so much flexibility to easily explore multiple internships before graduating!

- Majors: Marketing and Information Systems
- Internship accepted and company name: Marketing and Social Media Intern for the Grand Forks Fire Department
- How did you find your internship?: Through Handshake and the Pancratz Career Development Center
- What is your favorite part about your internship?: My favorite part of working for the fire department is working with a diverse crew, witnessing and capturing different training materials, and getting experience within the fire service as well as within the marketing to reach out to the Grand Forks community!
- Involvement on campus: Dakota Venture Group, Women in Business, the Pancratz Mentor Program, and Peer Mentorship Program
- How has the Pancratz Center helped you thus far?: The Pancratz Center has helped me with so many useful tools including resume building, interview prep, and finding my current internship role! I wouldn’t have had the knowledge and tools if I hadn’t visited them. The resources I have used from the Pancratz Center have set me up for success!
- Do you have any advice for other students who are searching and applying for internships?
My advice is that it is okay to take it slow. An internship may not necessarily fall
in your lap right away and it will most likely take hard work and dedication to get
the role you want. I can guarantee the hard work will show for the position you apply
for and the internship you get!
