Outreach
At the Nistler College of Business & Public Administration, connecting with students, businesses, and communities is an important part of what we do.
Through outreach and engagement, we help support economic growth, professional development, and community success across North Dakota and beyond.
Partnerships
The Center for Business Engagement & Development (CBED) helps build strong relationships between the College and businesses, organizations, and community leaders. CBED offers professional training, consulting services, and research projects that help solve real-world challenges and support economic growth. It also connects students with hands-on learning experiences that prepare them for future careers while making a positive impact in their communities.
Nistler Outreach Initiatives
The Nistler College supports several programs that help people make informed financial and business decisions.
- The Financial Wellness Program provides students and community members with practical tools to manage money, create budgets, and plan for their financial futures.
- Through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program and the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, students and faculty offer free tax preparation and support services to individuals and families who need assistance.
- The Institute of Policy & Business Analytics uses data and research to help businesses, organizations, and policymakers make informed
decisions.
Together, these programs reflect the Nistler College’s commitment to serving communities, expanding opportunities, and making a positive difference throughout the region.
