Nistler College Scholarship Opportunities

Thanks to the generosity of alumni, organizations, and friends, we awarded more than $1.5M in scholarships to Nistler students in the 2025-26 academic year.

Scholarship Central 2026-2027 opens October 1, 2025 and closes for current students March 1, 2026.  For incoming freshmen, the application opens on October 1, 2025 and closes February 1, 2026.

Specific majors may qualify for additional scholarship opportunities!  After your general application is complete, be sure to check out the ‘additional opportunities’ tab and also apply to any department/major specific scholarships.

Nistler College Scholarship Ceremony

The Nistler College Scholarship Ceremony is a celebration of excellence, leadership, and generosity. This special event honors the outstanding achievements of our students while recognizing the donors whose generous contributions make their success possible. It’s a meaningful opportunity for students to express their gratitude and personally connect with the donors who have invested in their futures, strengthening the bond between achievement and philanthropy within the Nistler College community.

Notes from the Nest

The UND Alumni Association hosts this annual event where scholarship recipients from across campus come together to write hand-written notes to thank their donors during this annual gratitude event.

The 2026 Notes from the Nest will take place on Oct. 12-13 at the Memorial Union.
