Lynn Barnhart, Chief Marketing Officer at Nystrom and Babcock-Davis

Mom, Spouse, Sister, Friend & Walking Enthusiast. Strategic Planner, Activator & Communicator. These self-described labels, along with more than 30 years of leadership in the building materials industry, have informed Lynn’s personal and professional life.
Currently Lynn is privileged to serve as Chief Marketing Officer at Nystrom and Babcock-Davis, the world’s largest manufacturer of access panels and specialty commercial building products. Hardhat in hand, Lynn’s journey has included marketing windows at Campbell Mithun (now Interpublic) and vendor partnerships at Dayton’s and Target.
Her excitement for delivering business and product solutions to architects, distributors and contractors was firmly established working in the concrete industry for Anchor Wall Systems and Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company and the largest manufacturer of architectural building products in America.

Annie Gorder, Owner AcrePro and Resource Auction, Co-Founder of 3 Farm Daughters

Annie Gorder was born and raised in Grand Forks, ND. She earned a degree in Finance and Marketing from Bethel University in 2011 before returning home to earn her MBA from the University of North Dakota in 2013.
After obtaining her real estate license, Annie built a career in real estate. In 2018, she and her husband, David, founded a farmland brokerage specializing in land sales, auctions, and farmland management. Now known as AcrePro, the business operates in eight states, providing comprehensive solutions for landowners and buyers.
In 2021, Annie and David expanded their business by acquiring Resource Auction, an equipment auction company specializing in live and online auctions for agriculture, construction, transportation, and liquidation. Since then, the company has grown from six to 15 employees.
Beyond real estate and auctions, Annie is also a co-founder of 3 Farm Daughters, a food business she launched in 2020 alongside her sisters and family. The company produces high-fiber pasta, now sold online and in 800 retail stores across 40 states.
Annie’s entrepreneurial journey spans multiple industries, with a focus on business development, operations, and strategic growth, driven by her passion for agriculture.
Laura Link, Associate Professor and Director of the Master of Science in Teaching & Leadership in the College of Education and Human Development

Laura J. Link, Ed.D., is Associate Professor and Director of the Master of Science in Teaching & Leadership in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of North Dakota. She holds a doctorate in Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Memphis, and her research focuses on developing and supporting highly effective leaders and organizational cultures that prioritize effective grading practices, collaboration, and meaningful assessment. She is the co-author of Cornerstones of Strong Schools: Practices for Purposeful Leadership (with J. Zoul, 2007), and author of Leadership in Grading Reform in What We Know About Grading (Guskey, T. R., & Brookhart, S. M., Eds., 2019) as well as multiple book chapters and articles such as Are Your Grading Policies Legally Sound? (2021), How Traditional Grading Contributes to Student Inequalities and How to Fix It (2019), and Teachers’ Perceptions of Grading Practices: How Pre-service Training Makes a Difference (2018). Dr. Link also leads K-12 assessment and grading academies and has led an array of other professional development efforts, classes, and initiatives over her career. Dr. Link presents locally and nationally on the topics of high-impact leadership, K-12 grading, mastery learning, research-practice partnerships, teacher support, and more.
Before joining UND, Dr. Link served as Associate Dean of the College of Public Service at the University of Houston-Downtown in Texas. At UHD, she created the university’s first-ever Educational Leadership graduate programs, including a Foundations of Educational Leadership Certificate that is the only one of its kind in the state of Texas, and she facilitated an array of
K-12 district partnerships. She also created UHD’s first Urban Education Advisory Board, which includes superintendents and executive leaders from across the greater Houston region. Additionally, Dr. Link was an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at Purdue University Fort Wayne in Indiana. At PFW, she was an active member of the CAEP Assessment Steering Committee, led various local K-12 assessment and grading academies, co-facilitated PFW’s Leadership Academy, and directed the Professors in Partnership K-16 collaborative.
Prior to her higher education experience, Dr. Link served as Chief Academic Officer at Jackson-Madison County Schools in Jackson, TN, and was Assistant Superintendent of Teaching & Learning as well as Chief of Talent Management in Shelby County Schools in Memphis, TN. She was 1 of 7 Transition Steering Committee members charged with leading the largest school district merger in United States’ history. Additionally, Dr. Link has served in an array of central office and school-based administrative roles (in both urban and suburban settings) and has taught elementary, middle, high school and college students over her 34 years in public and private education. Dr. Link also served a long-standing state Board Member of Learning Forward Tennessee and President of Learning Forward Indiana, a professional association devoted exclusively to those who work in K-16 professional development.

Mary Fischer, Director of Sponsorships, UnitedHealth Group

Mary Fischer is Director of Sponsorships for UnitedHealth Group. In her role, Mary is responsible for developing and leveraging strategic partnerships to facilitate business growth and brand advancement. She has provided strategic oversight for hundreds of sponsorships and enjoys being able to combine her love of sports with her business expertise.
Mary serves on the board of Sports Minneapolis and has served on the Nistler College of Business & Public Administration Advisory Council. In addition, she mentors UND students and is an avid cyclist. She earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the University of North Dakota and an MBA from the University of St.Thomas in Minneapolis.

Angie Tebbe, Entrepreneur, Investor, and Strategic Operator

Angie is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and operator who specializes in building and scaling high-growth businesses, both public-facing and stealth. As Managing Partner at Ethos Consumer Holdings, she helps lead investments in mission-driven consumer brands, guiding them through strategic growth, retail expansion, and operational efficiencies.
Beyond investing, Angie actively builds and advises companies. She is currently working on a stealth startup that is designed to bring innovation, efficiency, and strategic execution to the energy sector, applying her proven expertise in supply chain, operations, and business strategy to a traditionally complex industry.
After a 13-year career at one of the world’s most recognizable retailers, Angie leveraged her deep industry knowledge and operational expertise to launch her own company, which scaled to $30M+ in annual retail sales within four years. She secured distribution across Amazon, Target, CVS, Whole Foods, Thrive Market, and more, proving her ability to execute at scale.
Beyond her own ventures, Angie’s mission is to help women become their best selves—in
business and in life. She provides strategic guidance on entrepreneurship, business
scaling, and personal growth, ensuring that women have the tools, insights, and confidence
to build thriving companies, secure partnerships, and unlock their full potential.
