Recruiting Nistler CoBPA Students and Graduates

Career Fairs
The Nistler CoBPA hosts an annual career fair each fall semester. Career Fairs provide excellent opportunities for employers to provide information about their companies and to connect with students to discuss employment and internship opportunities.

Information and Tabling Sessions
Building an on-campus presence at the Nistler CoBPA can be an excellent tool for companies looking to recruit our students.
Employers are welcome to request to set up an informational table in Nistler Hall to connect with students about your company. In order to comply with campus policies, all information and tabling requests must be made at least three weeks in advance of the proposed event date.
The Pancratz Center Platforms
We update our webpage with jobs and internships on a bi-weekly basis for Nistler CoBPA students to easily find new job and internship opportunities. We also share openings in our weekly newsletter and on our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. To get your information on these platforms, email a job description and the application requirements to UND.pancratzcenter@UND.edu.

What is NistlerEdge?
At Nistler College of Business & Public Administration, students don’t just excel in the classroom, they actively develop real-world skills through a wide range of experiential learning opportunities. Using the NistlerEdge platform, students track and verify these experiences to build an experiential learning transcript that highlights their professional growth beyond academics.
Through NistlerEdge, students create digital portfolios that showcase their accomplishments, share verified achievements on LinkedIn, and demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and leadership. Employers can use this insight to better understand each student’s applied skills, engagement, and readiness for the workforce.
Employers who are interested in learning more about NistlerEdge and how to get involved can reach out to the Pancratz Center for more information at UND.pancratzcenter@UND.edu.
