Nistler College Career Fair
The Nistler College Career Fair is an annual event hosted in the Nistler College of Business & Public Administration each fall semester.
This exciting event brings together talented students and regional employers for meaningful conversations about jobs, internships, and future career paths.
Students have the opportunity to meet recruiters from a variety of industries, explore career opportunities, and make valuable connections that could shape their future. All majors and years are welcome!
Recruiters will be able to connect with students from all academic levels who are known for their strong work ethic, leadership potential, and career readiness. Whether you're hiring for marketing, management, finance, accounting, supply chain, or any of our other Nistler College majors, you'll meet candidates ready to make an impact.

This year's fair will be Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
For Employers
Registration opens in Handshake on Monday June 15th.

- Once in the system, click on "Fairs" on the left side of the screen

Registration Information
- $475 regular rate
- $375 Government / Nonprofit Rate
- Discount pricing for attending Nistler College Career Fair and UND Career Expos Sept. 22 & 23:
- $425/day for 2 days = total $850
- $400/day for 3 days = total $1,200
- $50 for electricity - limited availability, first-come-first-served
- $15 for extra company representatives, four (4) recruiters are included in the registration fee

On-Campus Interviews
On-campus interviews provide an excellent opportunity to connect directly with potential employers. Since interview spaces are limited, we encourage you to reserve your spot as early as possible. Questions? Please call 701.777.4035 before making your interview requests in Handshake. If you need additional information or have a special request, contact Elise Johnson.
Parking
Parking is available for free on campus. More information to come about what lot to
park in and how to find it. We will have a loading/unloading zone at the south entrance
of Nistler Hall off of Centennial Dr. Staff and student volunteers will be available
to help with unloading.

Registration
Students can now register for the Nistler College Career Fair through Handshake! Registration is not required ahead of time but it let's employers know who will be attending ahead of time.
Explore the list of employers attending the event and get a head start by browsing the internship and job opportunities they are actively hiring for.
Handshake
Resumes
Make sure to bring your resumes with you; we recommend bringing 5-8 copies. We will be handing out bags at check in so you have something to carry them in.
Dress Code
While there is no official dress code for the fair, we recommend dressing in business casual to make a great impression. Now’s your chance to dress to impress! Stop by the Freeman Professional Closet to pick up two items and an accessory to complete your look.
Headshots
Take advantage of free professional headshots available during the fair—another great reason to look and dress your best! Photos will be professionally taken on-site and emailed to you within 3-4 weeks after the event, giving you a polished image to use for your LinkedIn profile, resumes, and more.
Employer Contact Cards will be handed out at the entrance of the event. To be eligible for the giveaway sponsored by Nistler College and our event partners, students are required to visit at least two premier sponsors and one career fair supporter during the event. Each sponsor will have a stamp at their booth to mark your card as proof of your visit. This is designed to encourage meaningful engagement with employers and help you make the most of your networking opportunities.
At the end of the fair turn in your card to the Pancratz Center's table to be entered into the giveaway drawing!
