Mission Statement
The Pancratz Career Development Center empowers Nistler College of Business & Public Administration students to discover and leverage their strengths to help them define and achieve their professional goals and become engaged members of their communities by providing personalized, progressive professional development and cultivating mutually beneficial partnerships with employers and alumni.
Vision Statement
The Pancratz Career Development Center will be an integral part of the educational experience of all Nistler College of Business & Public Administration students, enabling them to confidently pursue their career goals.
