Resources for Employers

The Pancratz Center offers consultation and assistance for employers looking to connect with or recruit students and graduates from UND's Nistler College of Business & Public Administration. Some of the ways Pancratz Center staff can assist employers include:

Recruiting Nistler CoBPA Students and Graduates

Pancratz Center staff can help your company easily navigate the many ways to build an on-campus Nistler CoBPA presence designed to recruit Nistler CoBPA students and graduates.

Become a Featured Employer

The Pancratz Center is designed to help students learn about employers and available job and internship opportunities. Employers can request to be featured on the Pancratz Center website and social media accounts.

Post Jobs and Internships

The Pancratz Center updates our webpage with jobs and internships on a bi-weekly basis for Nistler College of Business & Public Administration students to easily find new job and internship opportunities. We post openings to the Pancratz Center Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. To get your information to these channels, email job description and application requirements to UND.pancratzcenter@UND.edu.

The University of North Dakota has joined Handshake, an online service that helps connect students looking for work experience with employers that are eager to hire ambitious students. Employers can post full-time jobs, co-op, or internship positions available to UND students and graduates.

Nistler CoBPA Internship Program

Nistler CoBPA works to provide experiential-learning opportunities that help students connect classroom learning with the professional world. Pancratz Center staff can assist employers with learning about how to work with Nistler CoBPA faculty and staff to create an internship opportunity within their company. Email the Pancratz Center to learn more about how to get started
