The Pancratz Career Development Center is an integral part of the educational experience for all Nistler College of Business & Public Administration students.
Our staff assists students in discovering and leveraging their strengths to help them define their professional goals and become engaged members of their communities. We do this by providing personalized, progressive professional development, and cultivating mutually beneficial partnerships with employers and alumni.

The Pancratz Center can help Nistler CoBPA students find the career field that best fits their goals, interests, and strengths. We provide students with the confidence, resources, and guidance needed to explore opportunities, make informed decisions, and take the next steps toward a successful career.
Students may visit the Pancratz Center to discuss their cover letter, learn new tips and writing strategies, and have their letter reviewed by a Pancratz Center staff member.
Our services are available to Nistler CoBPA graduate students, both online and on-campus. If you are a graduate student looking to take the next steps in your career preparations, our team is available to assist you.
Handshake is an excellent platform to utilize when searching for a job or internship. Handshake can help students get hired, discover new opportunities, connect with employers, and create awareness of various professional development events going on. Our Pancratz Center staff can help you navigate the platform and create a profile.

Many job postings are also available on Handshake. Additionally, you can schedule an appointment with the Pancratz Center to explore job and internship search strategies tailored to your major.
Students can schedule an appointment with a Pancratz Center staff member for interview prep, mock interviews, or help with common questions.
The Nistler Hall Student Engagement Hub offers interview rooms for students taking remote interviews. Employers can also reserve these rooms for in-person or virtual interviews. Contact the Pancratz Center to book a space.
The Pancratz Center can assist Nistler CoBPA students in creating professional LinkedIn profiles. We also offer reviews of other social media accounts, identifying potential red flags that may concern employers.

The Pancratz Center staff is available to deliver presentations or workshops for your classroom, student organization, or department. These sessions can be tailored to any career development topic and can vary in length. Request a presentation by emailing us at the link below.
Make a great impression at your next interview or networking event with the Pancratz Professional Closet! We offer a variety of professional clothing for men and women, donated by alumni and friends.
Nistler CoBPA students can select two clothing items and one accessory per semester, all for FREE. The closet is available by appointment Monday through Friday.
Donations
Donations are welcome during our normal business hours. Please let us know when you will be in ahead of time so we are able to help bring in items. Check out our Amazon Wishlist for more details on what items we are looking for.
The Pancratz Center has a Mentor Program for Nistler CoBPA undergraduate students in their sophomore, junior and senior year of their studies. Nistler CoBPA Graduate students are also eligible for the program.
The Mentor Program provides an opportunity for students to connect with professionals in their fields. Students interested in participating in the program are encouraged to apply for the program when applications open up during the spring semester.
